What is EazySupport.net?
EazySupport.net is a very user friendly remote-support which enables you to support other users via the Internet, without the use of VPN or a special firewall setting.
How does EazySupport.net work?
EazySupport.net uses SSH2 protocol for communication between the supporter and the client. The client always has to accept to be "remote-supported", Which means that it will not be possible to gain control of a computer without acceptance from the client.

An activation code is valid for 12 month from the firs time it is activated.
Is it possible for others to "view" during a support session?
No. EazySupport.net uses a closed encrypted connection, in which there is no way for others to view ELLER gain access.
Is Eazysupport.net secure/SAFE to use?
Eazysupport.net used SSH2 protocol for communication between the supporter and the client.The client always has to accept to be remote supported" which means that it is not possible to gain access to a computer without acceptance. Payment by credit card is done by using an encrypted connection and an approved bank. The payment is not withdrawn until the customer has approved the payment.
What happens if EazySupport.net does not work?

Will the data between the support session be encrypted?

Do I need to configure anything before it works?
No, all the advanced and technical is "packed" down into the EazySupport.net product, so that in most cases any configuration should not be necessary at all.
What are the minimum system requirements for EazySupport.net?
EazySupport.net support supports all versions of Windows from Windows 98 up until now. Hardware requirements are a minimum of Pentium II with 64-Mb ram.
Does it matter who runs the EazySupport.net program first?
No, but if the persons requiring help try to start their file before the supporter has started his file, the clients program will try and connect 3 times to the supporter. After this the client will be told to try again or end the session.
Can I make a link for my supporters on my own website?
Yes, this can easily be done. Insert this link.

on your website. Your client code is in the mail you received when registered and at first download of your support file. If you got access to your website via a CMS system you can most likely insert the link yourself or have your webmaster do it for you.
Can I use eazysupport.net through firewalls?
Yes, in most cases EazySupport.net does not require any firewall configuration. If you are not sure if EazySupport.net works through your firewall, you can always order a free demo and test it.It is free and there is no commitment.
Can I use EazySupport.net through an ISA server?
Yes, EazySupport.net are capable of communicating through an ISA server.
Can I support multiple clients at the same time?
Yes, you can support just as many clients as you want to. EazySupport.net supports multiple simultaneously support sessions. Each client types in their personal code and after this you can support the client.
Can I use EazySupport.net from all platforms?
EazySupport.net supports all window versions from windows 98 and forward.
What type of payment is accepted?
All major credit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MasterCard, Maestro, JBC, and Dankort) are accepted.
What if the helper needs to press ctrl-alt-del on the problematic computer to bring up task manager?
Click the Ctrl-Alt-Delete button on the toolbar in the Helper window.
Is it possible to restart the computer during a support session?
Restart of a computer during the support session in which the support session is automatically restarted is not possible. One of the future versions of EazySupport.net will contain this feature since this is already in BETA.
Can I transfer files via EazySupport.net?
Yes, EazySupport.net contains file transferring between the supporter and the client.
The computer I'm helping has a higher resolution than mine and there are scrollbars on the helper window. How do I make the window smaller?
The helper window is designed to automatically resize itself to match the resolution of the computer you are helping. If the window is too big, scroll bars will be used to navigate. To resize the window, simply change the resolution of the computer you're helping by right clicking their desktop, clicking properties, clicking the settings tab, and lowering the resolution slider.
Can I chat using EazySupport.net?
Yes, EazySupport.net contains a chat function. Click on the icon Chat to start chat session.
How can I communicate with the client that I am helping?
For the current version of EazySupport.net, we recommend talking over the phone or chatting through the chat function in EazySupport.net.
Why did my wallpaper disapear?
EazySupport.net removes the desktop wallpaper of the client being helped only while the helper/supporter is connected. This dramatically speeds up the connection and improves performance. Once disconnected, your wallpaper will return.
What does the person that I am helping see before we are connected?

Do I need a fixed IP address?
No, EazySupport.net works without the use of a fixed IP address.
Can I support a client's computer without the client knowing it?
No, the client ALWAYS has to approve the supporter before the supporter can control over the client's computer. This is by far the safest for both parties.
