Payment by credit card is done by a secure connection and approved bank. The amount is drawn from the customer credit card account, when the customer has approved the price and the payment.

EazySupport.net can not be held responsible, for Server breakdown and other technical problems, that might affecting support sessions to be accomplished.

It is agreed that the customer, must give EazySupport.net a notice, if the costumer notices any problems that effects the support sessions. If the problem is connected to a EazySupport.net server or software breakdown in more than 10 minutes, the licens period will be extended an extra 24 hours period.
